This 5WiW project touches me to the core, almost literally. Hence, a major goal is to share this type of experiences with others. As much as possible.

But there’s an even more fundamental goal involved as well. Ideally, I’d like this to be a project that values connection over money, and certainly over endless profit. I’d love to make this work because in our current day society the opposite has become increasingly more prevalent: profit is blindly chased — at the cost of connection or even dignity. And that is no longer sustainable. If we are going through a shift as a society, as many are claiming, a regained respect for connection has to be a part of it.

It is from that perspective that prices are set unusually low here, in line with Anniek’s project of the Joannebus. For as long as I can maintain it, I am making available the wagon, my time and my expertise.
You pay more or less for the gas and potentially a few other minor costs. Which would be way less than if you’d be paying for a taxi or a visit to a psychologist/coach, for instance.
The most important currency here is connection. A genuine conversation. Or genuine silence if we prefer. But sharing an energy that energizes rather than drains. Paying with Presence…

Of course, bills have to be paid here too. Which is why I will accept donations, small and slightly less small.

  • To cover expenses of the wagon.
  • To allow others to participate who could benefit but lack funding.
  • For me to pay my own bills.

Your choice.

Perhaps this is as close as I’ll ever get to becoming a monk, something I have always been intrigued about. There’s a particular tradition where monks own virtually nothing. For their food, for instance, they are dependent on what the community is bringing them. The intriguing thing about it is that it always seems to work out. The monks are well fed. For the community, providing for the monks has even become a privilege.
In fact, this seems to be a Swedish value, too: those who are most wealthy tend to take responsibility and contribute for those who might be less wealthy.

If the Universe shows sufficient support for this particular 5WiW project as well, we may continue it beyond the 6-month-ish time frame I envision we can do without additional support.
